Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Loop, a review management platform operated by Halfwrong LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Loop helps businesses collect customer reviews via QR codes and distribute them across multiple review platforms. Features include AI-assisted review writing, platform management, and customer feedback analytics.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a legitimate business to use Loop. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate.

3. Plans and Billing

• Free plan: Allows up to 10 customer review submissions in total. No payment required.
• Pro plan: Billed at ₹299/month or ₹2,499/year. Provides 50 review submissions per day, all platforms, AI features, and priority support.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the Settings tab; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Loop to solicit fake, incentivised, or misleading reviews.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Resell or sublicence access to the platform.
• Upload or transmit malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

The Loop platform, logo, and software are owned by Halfwrong LLP. Your business data and customer feedback data remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Loop is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@halfwrong.com.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Loop after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
