Refund Policy

Summary: Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of a new subscription charge if the service was not used. Contact us at hello@halfwrong.com.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Settings tab in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Pro access until that date.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within an active billing period.

We process eligible refund requests within 5 business days. The refund is returned to your original payment method via Razorpay.

4. Free Plan

The Free plan has no payment and therefore no refund policy applies.

5. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if the service was not substantially used. After 7 days, the annual fee is non-refundable but you retain access for the full year.
