Loop ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Halfwrong LLP. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account data: Your name and email address when you sign in via Google OAuth.
• Business data: Your business name, category, and review platform URLs that you provide during setup.
• Feedback data: Star ratings, review text, and answers to feedback questions submitted by your customers. Optionally, customer name, phone, and email if you enable that collection.
• Usage data: Platform click events and review submission counts used for analytics and plan limit enforcement.
• Payment data: Subscription status and billing period dates. Card details are handled directly by Razorpay and never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the Loop service.
• To generate AI-assisted review text using OpenAI's API based on feedback answers.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Razorpay.
• To enforce plan limits and send billing-related notifications.
• To improve the product using aggregated, anonymised usage data.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the following third-party service providers necessary to run Loop:

• Supabase (database and authentication hosting)
• OpenAI (AI review generation; only feedback answers and business type are sent)
• Razorpay (payment processing; governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy)
• Vercel (application hosting)

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated business and feedback data is removed within 30 days.

5. Security

All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies. Data in transit is encrypted using TLS. We do not store payment card details.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at hello@halfwrong.com to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice.
